Refunds and cancellations
This policy applies to professional engagements offered by Focus Tempocore Co., Ltd., including warehouse movement mapping, stock flow review sessions, seasonal movement reports, and dispatch lane visuals. It does not cover software subscriptions or physical product retail, which we do not sell on this site.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid under a written estimate or agreement. Informational rates on the website are not invoices.
Timeframe
Cancellation or refund requests should be sent in writing to info@focus-tempocore.click or by phone at 024245605 as soon as you know dates must change.
Full and partial refunds
- Before observation begins: If you cancel more than seven days before the first scheduled floor day, we refund fees paid minus any non-recoverable travel already booked with your approval.
- Within seven days of the first floor day: A partial refund may apply after deducting preparation time already spent (briefing, map templates, travel holds), typically up to forty percent of the engagement fee.
- After observation has started: Fees for completed floor days and drafted materials are non-refundable. Unused later days may be credited toward a reschedule within three months.
Non-refundable items
Printed wall sheets already produced to your approved draft, third-party print costs, and approved travel tickets are non-refundable once incurred.
Deposits
Engagements may require a booking deposit. The deposit secures analyst dates. It is applied to the final invoice. Deposit refundability follows the cancellation windows above.
Rescheduling and no-shows
One reschedule with at least five days’ notice is usually accepted without penalty, subject to analyst availability. If safe access is refused on a booked day without prior notice, that day may be billed as delivered.
Work already started
Draft maps and interview notes remain Focus Tempocore working materials until final handoff under a completed engagement. If an engagement ends early by mutual agreement, we deliver whatever drafts are finished and invoice for work performed.
Process and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days after written confirmation. Processing times at banks may add a few days.
